on-line forum organized by African Association of Agricultural Economists
(AAAE) in recognition of the great works of the late Dr Luis Navarro
in the development of the African continent. Readers are invited to share
their thoughts and tributes about Luis' his life and works through this forum.
Luis worked in various functions related to Environment and Resource Management
programming at IDRC and was based in the ESARO office in Nairobi since 1989. He
spent the last months in Chile surrounded by family while fighting cancer.
