CONFERENCES

AAAE conducts its flagship triennial conferences around East, West, South, North and Central Africa countries.

The meetings typically attract over 500 - 750 delegates from around the world.

At the conferences, professionals and students in the field of agricultural and applied economics have the opportunity to present their researches, learn about the latest trends, interact and network with other delegates.

A series of smaller inter-conference conventions are also held annually at various locations across Africa in collaboration with regional associations and universities.

Our members participate also in a wide range of other conferences around the world that share similar goals with us in order to learn from their experiences and trends.

To date, AAAE has conducted four (4) triennial conferences covering East, West, South and North Africa.

We are looking at expanding our future conferences to destinations outside Africa to help our members and participants experience the diversity of our world, learn and borrow from the more advanced regions.
